Sachets

Oh come on, you remember these! As a little girl I always had sachets in my dresser drawers. The fresh smell floating up into your nose as you pull the drawer open. You reach for your socks with your eyes still closed, the sweet smell glides to your nose and bestows a smile upon your face. Yeah you remember!
After infusing all that rice for the Rice Heating Pads I decided to use some of it to make sachets. I haven't had one of these in years and how easy they are to make!
Cut 4 x 4 squares
Put two pieces of the fabric together right sides facing
Sew around 3 sides of the fabric
Turn the bags right side out
Fill with scented rice or an herb such as jasmine
Close using a blind stitch (or a whip stitch- it is going in your drawer after all)
And Viola! Cute and Easy!

Group it with a Rice Heating Pad and it makes for a great gift!
